Application Prototyping

Process:

Using the design requirements as listed in the requirements document a set of  web site ‘Look and Feel’ templates will be generated. These templates define the basic look of the website in terms of color schemes, fonts, images etc. The set are submitted to the client for recommendation/approval. All the changes recommended are incorporated in order to fine tune the look according the specific requirements. The process continues till a final sign-off is obtained from the client.

Once the home page look and feel is finalized the designers work on the HTML mock-up of the entire site/application. The HTML mock-up is a demo of the application without any programming incorporated. This helps the client visualize the look of the entire site along with placement of various fields, images etc. Again changes and suggestions are welcome and fine tunings are done to perfect the application look in accordance with the requirements

Output:

An ‘HTML mock-up’ of the entire application, ready for the development work. The fields, graphics etc. is finalized and approved.
