Motexha is an annual Exhibition event bringing together the region’s leading buyers, brand franchisers, traders, wholesalers, retailers and re-exporters during the three days that it lasts.
Our CMS solution has been used for the creation and management of the Motexha website. The solution has been customized to cater to the special needs of the client. In addition to the major features like template based content creation, custom form creation facilities, secure page creation, menu management etc. some extra features have been added.
Since the event is consumer goods oriented it is important that the site has a sleek and trendy look. Also the exhibitor information is displayed in a list that is searchable. The exhibitors are sorted by categories and can be filtered using a drop- down.
The exhibitors are provided with unique logins to the system. Using this login they can access a personalized area where they can upload their information like logo, contact info etc. This information is then stored in the site admin where the site administrator can view or modify it. The site admin has the ability to highlight the info of certain priority exhibitors.
The exhibitors can also submit press releases that can be published on the motexha site subject to approval of motexha authorities. Thus the press releases on the site are categorized as those submitted by exhibitors and those belonging to the event.
The site pages and content is search engine optimized. Elaborate banner management system has been provided for optimum exposure for event partners.
