The application would bring municipal ordinances directly and instantly to the clients via internet. The ordinances are in Adobe Acrobat format for client convenience and at a fraction of the cost normally charged by municipalities.

Solution

iSummation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has developed a custom application that serves as an online Electronic ordinance document Delivery System. The application has 3 levels of users:

1. System Administrators
2. Sub Administrators
3. Members

The members can search for the relevant ordinances by state and county. Each member has his/her own individual login and personalized area. They need to register in order to avail the service. They can purchase the adobe documents online using credit cards. Discount codes are also offered and they can avail discounts using the special codes.
The sub admins manage the purchases, documents and member details. They can add and track documents as well as clients. They can import this information in excel format. Record navigation functionality is provided to help find the right information quickly
The system administrators have the privilege to manage sub admins and members. They have access to the document manager, member areas, Purchases. Additionally they can set up state codes and discount codes. They can also create and manage sub admins.

A high level of document detail available including the revisions, last update, file size, details, cost, download availability time, etc. The document purchase details also elaborate on the various details. Search Functionality is provided to help find the right documents quickly. The application has secure logins that allow secure financial transactions.
A comprehensive reporting feature is provided to help analyze the document and order statistics.
