Leadership

Small enough that you talk to the people who decide.

Two decades of continuity at the top is a large part of why our client relationships last as long as they do. The people below are not figureheads; they are in the delivery conversations.

Leadership

Three people, and none of them are figureheads.

NPNaren Patel
CEO & Founder

Naren Patel

Founded the company in 2003 and has led it ever since.

Naren founded iSummation in 2003 and has led it for over two decades, growing it from a small development team in Ahmedabad into a globally recognised engineering firm serving clients across twenty countries.

His focus has consistently been on building a people-first organisation, the belief that long tenure inside the team is what produces genuine expertise and continuity for clients. He remains personally involved in client strategy conversations, particularly around AI adoption and modernization decisions.

PPPritesh Patel
Chief Technology Officer

Pritesh Patel

Sets the engineering standards behind our delivery approach.

Pritesh drives innovation and strategic engineering initiatives across the company, leading architecture and delivery for global client projects.

He has particular depth in legacy system modernization, understanding what is actually inside decades-old enterprise systems and how to move off them without breaking the business that depends on them. He sets the engineering standards behind our AI-accelerated delivery approach.

MPMrugesh Parmar
Head of Revenue & Growth

Mrugesh Parmar

Fourteen years of enterprise B2B sales across four regions.

Mrugesh leads revenue and go-to-market, bringing more than fourteen years of enterprise B2B sales across the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East, SaaS, data and analytics, and AI-powered platforms sold to hedge fund CIOs, VC partners and C-suite buyers.

He has done every part of the job: outbound prospecting, full-cycle closing on six-to-twelve-month enterprise cycles, building and leading a twelve-person sales team, and defining go-to-market from scratch — including taking an LLM-powered platform from zero to its first paying enterprise customers as the sole commercial hire. Which means your first conversation is with someone who understands the buying problem, not just the technology.

Twelve of the 75+ people here

Average tenure of the twelve below: 12 years.

This is a cross-section, not the full roster — twelve of a 75+ person team across India, the USA and Australia, chosen because they are the people most likely to end up on your project. We put the dates on because they are the argument. Continuity is what lets an engineer know your system well enough to be useful, and it is the one claim in this industry that cannot be made credibly without evidence. The longest-serving person here joined in 2007.
