Low-code, governed properly.

The Power Platform is productive and easy to make a mess with. The difference is almost entirely governance: a shared data model, environments that mean something, and ownership that survives the person who built it.

How we choose
First question
What can your team operate?
Second
What can you hire for locally?
Third
What does the existing estate already run?

How we pick a stack

The right technology is the one you can still run in five years.

We are usually called in at one of two moments: at the start, to set up the platform properly, or two years in, when there are four hundred flows, nobody knows which are load bearing, and a report that the board relies on breaks every month.

Both are workable. The second takes an inventory phase first, and it is worth doing before adding anything new.

Every engagement is delivered with your engineers in the repository from the first week, so the knowledge accrues internally, not leaving when we do. You own the code, the pipelines and the documentation regardless of how the engagement ends.

If you are weighing a decision and want a second opinion instead of a proposal, we are happy to give one.

Technology

Power BI & Power Apps

Reporting built on a governed semantic model rather than thirty individual reports each computing revenue slightly differently.

  • Semantic models with certified, shared definitions
  • Report and dashboard design that answers a decision
  • Row-level security aligned to your existing groups
  • Power Apps for forms and process interfaces over real data
Technology

Power Automate & Copilot

Workflow automation across Microsoft 365 and beyond, with a view on when a flow should be promoted into properly engineered code.

  • Approval, notification and document workflows
  • Integration across Microsoft 365, Dataverse and external APIs
  • Copilot Studio agents grounded in your own content
  • Flow inventory, rationalisation and ownership mapping
Technology

Tableau

Where Tableau is the incumbent, or where analyst-led exploration matters more than governed distribution.

  • Dashboard design and performance tuning
  • Data source governance and extract strategy
  • Migration between Tableau and Power BI, in either direction
  • Training so your analysts are not dependent on us
Technology

Web3 & blockchain

Delivered where a distributed ledger solves a genuine multi-party trust problem — and we will tell you plainly when a database would do the job better.

  • Smart contract development and audit preparation
  • Supply chain traceability and provenance
  • Tokenisation and digital asset platforms
  • Honest assessment of whether blockchain is warranted
People, not a project

Need engineers on your own team instead?

Named individuals you interview, on monthly rolling terms. Each of these has a page explaining what separates a good hire from an average one in that stack.
