Create an event in three steps, then sell, scan and reconcile it.
Event organisers needed to run online sales, door scanning and box office from one place, with the money reconciled at the end of the night instead of the end of the week.

Three systems, and none of them agreed at midnight.
Organisers were assembling an event from separate parts: one product to sell tickets online, a spreadsheet or a printed list for the door, and a card terminal at the box office. Each held part of the truth about who had paid and who was inside.
The consequences landed at the worst moment. Duplicate tickets are only discovered at the door, with a queue behind the person holding one. Capacity is only reconciled after the event, when nothing can be done about it.
Setting up an event was itself a barrier. Multi-day schedules, combo tickets and session-level capacity took long enough to configure that organisers avoided the structures that would have sold better.
One platform from event creation to the door.
A do-it-yourself event builder that gets an organiser from nothing to a live, customisable sales page in three steps, including multi-day scheduling, single and combo ticket types and per-session capacity.
Native scanning applications for iOS and Android that validate at the door against the same live data as online sales, so duplicates and invalid tickets are caught at the point they are presented, not reported afterwards.
A box-office mode for cash and card sales on the night, reported separately so that door revenue and online revenue can be reconciled independently.
Four payment gateways, CardConnect, PayPal, Square and Authorize.net; because organisers arrive with an existing merchant relationship and changing it is usually a deal-breaker.
Eight modules, one live dataset.
Event creation
Three-step DIY setup with a customisable sales page, so an organiser can launch without calling support.
Ticket management
Single and combo types, allocations, pricing tiers and per-session capacity.
Schedule management
Multi-day and multi-session events, with capacity tracked at the session instead of the event.
Ticket scanner
iOS and Android, validating against live data with duplicate and invalid detection at the door.
Box office
Point of sale for the night itself, reported separately from online so the two reconcile independently.
Payments
CardConnect, PayPal, Square and Authorize.net, selected per organiser.
Live dashboard
Recent orders, sales and revenue while the event is on sale, graphical and tabular.
Reporting
Orders, ticket sales, attendees and revenue, exportable for settlement.

What the business got.
- Duplicate and invalid tickets caught at the door. Validation against live data rather than against a list printed some hours earlier.
- Online and door revenue reconciled the same night. Box-office sales reported separately but held in the same dataset, so settlement does not wait for a manual merge.
- Organisers self-serve. Three-step event creation removed the setup call that had been the main support burden on every new event.
- Ticket structures that sell better became practical. Combo tickets and multi-day scheduling stopped being avoided because they were awkward to configure.
- Existing merchant relationships preserved. Four gateways meant organisers did not have to change payment provider to use the platform, which removed the most common objection during onboarding.
